Lightware provides occasional firmware upgrades for most products. Updates may include new features and bug fixes as well.
The upgrade process is as follows:

1. Get the latest firmware pack for the specific product. You can contact our support team about this. Please tell us the exact product type and the full 8 digit serial number.
2. Install our Bootloader software. This software can upgrade our devices through Ethernet (LAN), Serial port (RS-232) or USB depending on the product type.
3. Connect to the device, select the appropriate firmware file and the software does the rest. It’s that easy!
